XM Tek, short for Xnuiem Technologies, was founded in 2001 after the acquisition by another firm of Definitive Web Productions, our previous web development company.  Since then, we have been a consistent high-quality leader in IT solutions ranging from web development to brand management. In 2008, our sister company, New Mind Creative, was founded by one of our partners as a new type of ad agency, completely complimenting our already award winning IT development staff.

In 2009, XM Tek ventured into the Property Development field with and started to develop homes within Dallas/Fort Worth.  Working closely with some of the top contractors in the Metroplex, we are able to offer fully restored homes at very reasonable prices.

Continuing an exciting year for XM Tek, 2009 also saw our acquisition of several oil leases in Texas, starting our Oil & Gas Division as well as our accredited oil & gas investment division.  We now offer a complete range of oil & gas related services.  In 2010, the oil and gas operations was spun off into XM Tek Oil & Gas LLC (d/b/a XM Tek Energy Services), a wholly owned subsidiary of XM Tek LLC.
